ADU Builder Match may share your contact and project information with selected ADU professionals as part of our lead-matching service. Depending on applicable law, this practice may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
You have the right to opt out of this practice at any time.

- Phone number (optional, to help locate your record)

Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
Stop future sharing of your personal information with ADU professionals for lead-matching purposes.
Access My Information
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Delete My Information
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
Correct My Information
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Withdraw Contact Consent
Request that we stop contacting you.
Know Who Received My Information
Request the names of ADU professionals who received your project request.
Important Notes
- We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
- Opting out does not affect information already shared with an ADU professional before your request was processed. We cannot guarantee that a professional who already received your information will immediately cease contact. We recommend contacting that professional directly.
- Exercising your privacy rights will not result in any penalty, denial of service, or difference in the quality of information available to you on ADU Builder Match.
Response time: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or notify you if additional time is needed.
